  1. Data protection officer

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer. This is the person whom you may contact for all matters connected with personal data processing and to exercise your rights related to data processing. You can contact the Data Protection Officer as follows:

  1. Purpose and basis for processing

Your personal data to the extent indicated in the law will be processed for the purposes of the current recruitment process (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), and other data, including contact details, will be processed based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

The Controller will process your personal data, also during future recruitment processes, for a period of 12 months if you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

If the documents contain the data referred to in Article 9(1) of the GDPR (special categories of personal data), we will need you to consent to their processing (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), whereas you will be able to withdraw your consent at any time.

 

  1. Personal data recipients

Your personal data will be received solely by entities authorised to receive personal data pursuant to the law and by associated entities involved in the recruitment process, including the entities responsible for IT support, recruitment support and HR and payroll services.

 

  1. Data processing period

Your data collected in this recruitment process will be processed until the end of the recruitment process.

If you have given your consent to personal data processing for future recruitment processes, your data will be processed for up to 12 months.

 

  1. Rights of data subjects

You have the following rights:

1) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;

2) the right to rectify (correct) your personal data;

3) the right to restriction of processing;

4) the right to erasure of personal data;

5) the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (at the address of the Personal Data Protection Office,  ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa)

 

  1. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

 

  1. Information about the requirement to provide data

Providing your personal data for the purposes indicated above, to the extent arising from the applicable law, is mandatory. Providing your other data is optional.
