AERIAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE IN WARSAW – TOPSOR
Purchase of “Patient Management Modes at the Emergency Department (TOPSOR)” together with a triage system and cardiac monitors for 232 emergency departments and their personnel.
The project covered 232 hospitals all over Poland.
The following items were delivered under the contract:
- Ticket machine with a touch screen – 232 pcs.
- Ticket machine with mechanical buttons – 232 pcs.
- Desk printer – 298 pcs.
- 43” collective display – 336 pcs.
- 21” individual display – 2 pcs.
- Desktop terminal with a touch screen – 288 pcs.
- Medical tablet – 530 pcs.
- Sound system set – 232 pcs.
- Central computer – 232 pcs.
- TOPSOR software licence – 232 pcs.
- Wi-Fi access points – 370 pcs.
- Operator and administrator training
- Medical training in triage – 1160 people
- Cardiac monitors – 437 pcs.
- Cardiac monitor software – 437 pcs.
The implementation included the following:
- Physical installation of the equipment, including ticket machines, collective and individual displays, sound system sets and Wi-Fi network in 232 emergency departments all over Poland.
- Implementation of TOPSOR software, including queue systems
- Generation and implementation of the Triage Card for the triage procedure in all emergency departments in Poland.
- medical training in triage for 1160 members of medical personnel
- training for operators, administrators and leaders in all emergency departments providing technical support and maintenance services
